1. Program Name & Purpose

The SPRK SMS Messaging Program is used to send transactional and service-related messages, including account notifications, system updates, onboarding messages, reminders, and customer support communications.

2. User Consent (Opt-In)

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from SPRK, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive messages.

4. Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may re-submit your phone number through an SPRK opt-in form or contact support.

5. Help Instructions

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on sprkcrm.org.

9. Compliance with Industry Standards

SPRK complies with applicable CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, and A2P/toll-free messaging regulations.

10. Legal & Acceptable Use

SMS messaging may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, spam, or prohibited content. SPRK reserves the right to suspend messaging access for non-compliance.
